Mr. Kelliher, our founder and President, is a senior IT solutions executive with strong record of accomplishment in both the Public and Private sectors. He has extensive expertise in consulting services executive management, project management, sales, delivery, and operations over a 30 year career. He started Kelliher & Associates, LLC to focus the company in "Improving the Business of Government". Over his career he has seen many well intentioned projects fail due to the lack of proper disciplines and focus in key project areas. These areas include project management, requirements traceability, quality assurance, testing, change management and implementation support services and these are now our core services. In just three years of operation, the company has been a key factor in the successful implementation of several large scale projects in the Health & Human Services area and is actively engaged in many more.



He has held Senior Management positions within Oracle's Public Sector Technology Consulting practice with responsibility for technology growth through solution development and solution selling. His career also includes four years as a Vice President with GovConnect responsible for its Eastern Region, eight years with Deloitte Consulting focused on Public Sector Consulting, and three years as the Deputy Associate Commissioner for Systems Development for the Massachusetts Department of Public Welfare.
